Our Distributed Learning method delivers impactful learning that's easy to roll-out and engage with.

We scale and segment learning into bite-sized modules that are delivered at intervals over time, giving participants the opportunity to focus on each new concept, develop their understanding and apply new skills organically. 

As a result, new learning is more easily absorbed, and its relevance and value increase. New skills and practices “stick" and they are more consistently applied on-the-job.

Logistics and course-length can be a challenge. We want to improve skills and increase attention and retention. We also feel that some learning experiences are better when paced over time vs. being squeezed into long, single-day sessions.

ABOUT THE DISTRIBUTED LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Program content is segmented into easily absorbed modules. 

 

To optimize focus and attention, each module is designed for a 1- 4 hour timeframe.​

 

Participants learn through a variety of methods designed to stimulate thought, participation and practice, including:
 

Pre-work provides a self-paced opportunity for learners to give attention and thought to new concepts.

PRE-WORK

E-MATERIALS

Learners receive outlines, course work and additional content electronically so materials can be saved, accessed from the Cloud or printed on-demand.

DIGITAL MODULES

Webcast modules are usually under one hour. Learners can participate in multi-media, facilitator-led modules from any location. Recorded sessions can be viewed later, on-demand.

STREAMING

Live instructors engage with learners in interactive dialogues, independent of time or place. And with no commuter or travel costs incurred by learners or facilitators.

IRL MODULES 

When learning requires role-play or rehearsals, we integrate modules conducted  “In Real Life.” Because the distributed model enables learners to sequentially build their understanding of new concepts, our model's IRL sessions provide better results than when squeezed into tight, single-day formats. 

VIRTUAL COACHING

By providing coaching via phone or webcast, we never miss the opportunity to provide learners with time-flexible, easily-accessed opportunities to build and re-enforce their new talents.
