Robert
Managing Partner

Robert brings over 35 years’ experience to the continually evolving organizational development field.  As an executive at General Electric, Computer Sciences Corporation and PerkinElmer, Robert led enterprise growth on a global scale. At these organizations, renowned for innovation, his capacity as a leader of people was continually expanded through the business world’s most esteemed management programs. Passionate about these invaluable developmental experiences, Robert brought his acumen to groundbreaking training organizations where he led expansion and business development on a national scale; developed programs that became the cornerstone for leadership practices and “universities” at several Fortune 100 companies; and directly imparted learning through program facilitation and mentoring.  Bob holds a BSEE and an MBA and has been a featured speaker at the Wharton School of Business.

Ken
Learning Strategy

A professional business educator, author and coach, Ken has imparted learning through over 3000 engagements at leading organizations including Amgen, Disney/ABC, Merrill Lynch, Nestlé USA, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ritz-Carlton, and Viacom, among others. As a content developer, Ken authored curricula that served as the cornerstone for Toyota University, Lexus College and other corporate-managed leadership and training platforms.  Ken leverages this depth of experience to manage Strat Learning's facilitators and its research and content development teams to design and deliver programs on newly emerging topics and to produce multimedia learning experiences for in-person and virtual delivery.  He is author of Tapping Potential, Front & Center and The Bamboo Principle, books which bring to life lessons and practices concerning his principal areas of expertise. Ken began his career as a founding member of the consultant training corps at what is now Franklin Covey for 15 years before launching his own learning and education firm and ultimately joining Strat Learning to bring new dimension to our offerings.

Marci
Learning Solutions

Marci has over 25 years of experience as an organizational development consultant in the professional services industry.  She works with groups and individuals to enhance workplace productivity through coaching, consulting and managing change. She helps organizations optimize their performance by skillfully applying behavioral sciences to the work setting and translating business challenges and talent concerns into actionable plans. Marci's projects have involved work with Nestlé, City of Hope, Kaiser-Permanente, Staples Nokia Center, Westfield, Amgen and Disneyland, among others. Marci previously led organizational development strategy in corporate roles, including Vice President at Great Western Bank, where she established the Organization Development department, and Vice President, Training and Development at First Interstate Bank, where her department was awarded the prestigious “Golden Torch Award” by the American Society of Training and Development. Marci has published articles in The OD Practitioner, Pfeiffer and Associates and the Commercial Law League of America and has  presented at the Conference Board’s Work/Family and Diversity conference and the UCLB Women’s Leadership Conference.

Learning Solutions

Jean's unique perspective on talent development arises from decades of leadership experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry. Early in her career, Jean joined RCA/Columbia Pictures Home Video as VP of Marketing and was quickly promoted to General Manager of the company’s Mass Merchant Division. Subsequently, at Republic Pictures, she became the first woman to be appointed president of a home video company. Her success then brought her to Time Warner where she served as Executive Vice President of Video Market Development for Warner Music Group.  A dedication to mentorship and developing collaborative team culture has been central to her career at every stage, including several roles she has held in non-profit governance. Her hands-on understanding of leadership, management and communication make her an invaluable asset to clients looking to achieve more with their talent.

Assessment Solutions

Craig has over 30 years' experience in the Human Resources Development arena. He has lead leadership development initiatives at Northrop Grumman, Georgetown University, NASA, Metals USA, PennDOT, the Port Authority of NYNJ, NAVSEA and others. In addition to leading Change Management efforts in several large state agencies, Craig has successfully managed major corporate initiatives, including the design and implementation of a management practices series for 5500 employees in Saudi Arabia. Craig has conducted organizational assessments in many public and private organizations; contextualized and localized in-depth programs concerning leadership, change and culture;  and coached numerous senior leaders on ways to improve their style and practices.

Kevin
Solution Design

Kevin brings 20 years’ experience as a strategist to SLP, where he designs and delivers programs addressing organizational performance and culture.  Leveraging our proprietary, HBS-derived assessment tools, he merges quantitative data and qualitative interviews to develop insights and curricula that guide clients through critical phases of change, including business transformation, leadership restructuring, and mergers. His experience includes consulting and strategic advisement at AIG, Aramco, and Wells Fargo, among others. Kevin also brings his experience as a former client partner at Franklin Covey, where he facilitated programs for Aetna, Merck, and PerkinElmer, and co-designed documentation programs to support hospitals with JCAHO reviews.  As a partner with SLP, he additionally brings perspective gleaned from consulting projects with startups and leading brands and governance roles with several nonprofits.  Kevin graduated from Yale College, summa cum laude, holds a Masters in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and completed advanced studies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Design Thinking and Social Entrepreneurism, areas of personal passion.

Emanuela enables professionals to achieve more through effective written and spoken communication. As a consultant, coach and facilitator, she brings an expertise developed through 20 years’ experience working with both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, including Acura, CNN, the City of Claremont, Hilton Hotels, Honda and the LA Philharmonic, among others. She has also worked at some of the public relations industry’s top international agencies, including Golin and MSL Group, as well as consumer and B2B technology PR agencies, The Bohle Company and EDGE. Through these agencies, she has developed and implemented  communications strategies for Amazon, Disney, Dole Foods, Mattel, Nestlé and Nintendo.  The breadth of these experiences has honed her understanding of an array of communications challenges and effective ways to solve them with all levels of talent. Adding to her ability to connect with others, Emanuela is fluent in English, French, Romanian, Armenian, and Spanish.
